A day on JusPrep

One institution, one day, six scenes.

Scroll through a single day and see how the same platform serves the registrar, the professor, the student, the recruiter and the principal.

A new academic year starts in an afternoon.

Pick the college template, build programs, branches and sections, and add people by roll number. Labels, roles and modules are ready — nothing to install.

Who it is for

Built for every kind of learning organisation.

Pick your world. The structure, labels and roles reshape around you — the engine underneath stays the same.

Colleges & Universities

From admission to placement, on one student record.

Programs, branches, semesters and sections become a structure you control. Faculty teach, test and mark attendance subject-wise; the placement cell and hiring partners work from the same data.

Discuss this with our team

Shared cloud workspace

Your institution is its own isolated workspace on the JusPrep cloud. Fastest to start; every client's data is separated by the database itself.

Dedicated environment

For large groups with strict policies: an environment of your own. Discuss scope, hosting region and timelines with our team.

Open API

A documented REST API (OpenAPI) so your ERP, HR system or website can read and write what you decide to expose.

How we compare

Five tools in one. Compared honestly.

Most institutions stitch together a learning tool, an exam tool, an ERP, a hiring-test service and spreadsheets. Here is what that looks like next to JusPrep.

Security & trust

Built for the people who sign off on software.

Principals, registrars, CISOs and auditors ask the same questions. Here are the answers — in the design, not in a brochure.

Isolation enforced by the database

Every row belongs to one client, and PostgreSQL row-level security refuses to return another client's rows — even if a developer forgets a filter. This is tested, including with the safeguard deliberately removed.

An audit trail nobody can edit

Privileged actions — membership changes, result releases, payments, refunds, data requests — are written to an append-only, monthly-partitioned log. Update and delete are blocked in the database.

Access that matches responsibility

Eight roles with precise rules. A manager cannot mint administrators. A guardian sees only their own child. An invited candidate can reach nothing but their one test.

Privacy rights, built in

People can export everything held about them, or have their account erased — identity anonymised, personal fields scrubbed, history others rely on preserved.

Payments you can trust

The price always comes from the server. Confirmations must carry a valid signature; webhooks are verified and amount-checked; a person can pay for an item at most once.

Hardened public surface

Sign-in, password and public endpoints are rate-limited per client address; accounts lock after repeated failures; tokens are stored only as hashes; sessions use short-lived access tokens with rotating refresh.

Questions

What decision-makers ask first.

You do. Each institution's data lives in its own isolated workspace. You can export what is held about any person, and a closed workspace can be removed entirely on request, apart from records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices and the audit trail.

See it with your own structure.

A 30-minute walkthrough, on a sandbox shaped like your institution, with the roles your team cares about.
