Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account or using JusPrep you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use JusPrep through a college, school or company, that institution may add its own rules, and its administrator controls your account.
Who can use JusPrep on their own
To create your own JusPrep account you must be 18 or older. If you are under 18, your school or college can set up an account for you and is responsible for the permission that requires. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18 who was not set up this way, we may close it and delete its data.
2. Your account
Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has used it. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement where you live, or have a parent or guardian agree for you.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not cheat in exams, share exam content, or bypass proctoring.
- Do not upload content you do not have the right to share, or content that is unlawful or abusive.
- Do not probe, overload or attempt to break into the service or other people's accounts.
- Do not scrape the service or resell access without our written agreement.
4. Practice, exams and results
Scores, feedback and AI-generated evaluations are learning aids. They can be wrong. Institutions decide how exam results are used. Certificates carry a verification ID anyone can check, and we may revoke one issued in error or obtained by breaking these terms.
5. Payments and credits
Some features use credits that you buy or that an institution provides. Prices are shown before you pay. Credits are used when an attempt or interview starts. Unless the law requires otherwise, purchased credits are not refundable once used. If a payment is taken but credits do not appear, contact us and we will resolve it.
6. Vouchers
- A voucher unlocks one specific paid test for one person. Each person can use a given voucher once, and at most 3 vouchers in any 30 days.
- A voucher has no cash value, cannot be sold, bought or transferred, and cannot be exchanged for money or credits.
- Every voucher has a limit and an end date. When the limit is reached or the date passes, it stops working, even if you were about to use it.
- We may pause or cancel a voucher, or refuse a use of it, if we believe it is being misused: for example posted beyond the community it was meant for, tried by automated guessing, or used with several accounts.
- Some vouchers work only with certain email addresses, such as a college domain.
7. Student portfolios
A portfolio is private until you choose to share it with a link or publicly, and you can switch each section on or off. What you add is yours and you are responsible for it being accurate and lawful. Items marked verified come from JusPrep itself (our certificates, courses and test results); everything else is shown as your own statement. Do not present someone else's work or identity as yours. We may hide a portfolio or a section that breaks these terms. Making a portfolio public means anyone, including search engines, can read it.
8. Exam integrity and protected content
Tests, questions, answer keys, course lessons and recordings belong to JusPrep or to the institution that published them. You may use them to learn and to sit the test. You may not copy, photograph, record, scrape, share or republish them. To protect them we use measures such as blocking copy and print, a faint watermark showing your name or email on screen, and recording events like leaving the test window. If we find a breach, we may invalidate the attempt, remove access and, for institution-managed accounts, tell the institution.
9. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit, such as answers, code, resumes and recordings. You give us permission to store, process and show it as needed to run the service for you and your institution. Recordings made for proctoring or interview practice are kept only as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Availability and changes
We work to keep JusPrep available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or retire features, and we will give notice of material changes where we reasonably can.
11. Ending your account
You can delete a self-registered account from your settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Institution-managed accounts are ended by the institution.
12. Liability
To the extent the law allows, JusPrep is provided as is, and our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Questions go to us through the contact page.
