Reset or change your password

If you forgot your password

   Choose “Forgot password” on the sign-in page

   Enter the email address on your account.

   Open the email we send

   The reset link is single-use and expires. If it does not arrive, check spam and ask your administrator to confirm your email address.

   Set a new password

   A password needs at least 10 characters, with a letter and a digit.

Change it while signed in

Open Settings (or your account menu → Settings) and use the password section. You stay signed in on this device.
