JusPrep brings courses, proctored exams, attendance, certificates, AI mock interviews and a job portal into one platform. You use it as a college, a school, a company, a training academy, a hiring team or an exam body — the product is the same, the labels and structure change to fit you.

The building blocks

ConceptWhat it means
Workspace (client)Your institution's own, isolated space. Its address is /c/{CODE}/dashboard; its sign-in page is /c/{CODE}/login.
PeopleEveryone with an account in your workspace, each with one role.
GroupsYour structure: programs, branches, classes, sections, departments, teams, batches.
ModulesFeatures that are switched on for your workspace: courses, tests, attendance, jobs, mock interviews and so on.
CreditsPrepaid units used when candidates sit proctored exams or use AI features.

Who does what

Administrators run the workspace. Managers help them. Instructors (faculty, teachers, trainers) teach, test and mark attendance. Learners (students, employees, members) learn and take tests. Guardians follow one learner. Candidates take one invited exam. Read Roles and signing in for the details.
