Deactivate or remove a person
Suspend access without losing history, or remove an account on request.

Prefer deactivating over removing. A deactivated person cannot sign in, but their results, attendance and certificates stay intact for reports.
- Deactivate when someone leaves or is on a break. You can reactivate later.
- Erase only when the person exercises their right to erasure. Their identity is anonymised and personal fields are scrubbed; history others rely on is preserved. See Privacy rights.
