Guardians and the parent view
Link a parent or guardian to a learner so they can follow attendance, results and notices.

Guardians see only their linked learner's results, attendance and notices. They cannot see other learners, and they cannot change anything.

Make sure the guardians module is on
It is part of your workspace's module list; ask the JusPrep team if it is missing.

Add the guardian under Parents
Create the account and choose the learner to link.

Send the invitation
The guardian signs in at your workspace sign-in page.
